Melville City Church Programs
To achieve its vision, Melville City Church has a diverse range of programs enabling every believer to participate actively in the life of the church. These programs include:
*The Sunday 10 AM church service, which comprises lively praise and worship followed by relevant and topical speakers who communicate the power of God and His relevance to you in modern language;
*Powerhouse Kids, a fantastic program for primary aged children that runs during part of the Sunday morning service, as well as Friday Night Games, a fun community event that operates for kids in School Years 3 - 7;
* Thursday morning (10am) prayer meetings where we pray for our country, our city and our people;
* Small Groups to help you develop healthy relationships and strengthen Christian living; and
* Special programs for men, women and teenagers.
* Ex-tend, our exciting missions program, supports Christian workers in Mozambique (through Oasis) and India (through Empart) as well as youth work programs in the City of Melville.
Focused training workshops are offered from time to time on topics such as healthy marriages, family values, dealing with money, helping people affected by substance abuse, etc.
The Australian Apostolic College is avaiable to equip people for the work of the Ministry. people who participat in AAC programs become inspired to grow and develop into all that God intended for their lives. The College seeks to raise up strong men and women who are grounded in the Word of God and are thoroughly equipped to carry out the work of the Ministry.
Melville City Church runs a series of programs produced by
Careforce Lifekeys. These programs include Valiant Man, Search
for Life, and Facilitator Training. To find out when the next Careforce program will commence, email the church office
Members of the Leadership Team provide encouragement to individuals and families requiring special assistance in times of difficulty.
Staff members based at the church office at 7 Malland Street, Myaree, provide further support to the functions of MCC.
